WHAT IS BOB'S SHIPPING POLICY?
UK
In the UK we have a flat rate of £4.00 delivery on all orders. We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £50.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship internationally however we unfortunately cannot ship to North America.
Shipping to countries within the EU is £12.50, rest of the World is £20.
Please note - International orders may be subject to a customs charge which you are responsible for paying in order to receive your order. This includes Europe and Ireland.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We really hope you love your BOB clothing, however, as all our products are made on demand to your specific request we cannot accept returns unless item is faulty.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We aim to get all orders out as soon as possible but please allow 2 weeks for orders within the UK, and up to 3 weeks outside the UK.
I’VE ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT HAPPENS NOW!?
If this happens and you let us know before your order is sent, we will happily amend the shipping details for you. However, if the order has been despatched it is not always possible for us to retrieve the item once it has been sent. Responsibility of correct shipping details falls with you the customer, but, we will always try our best to help you if an item goes missing.
